The Priesthood of All Believers

As we all know – with John Taylor Gatto’s The Underground History of American Public Education, Rousas John Rushdoony’s The Messianic Character of American Education, and the recent IndoctriNation video & books outline – American education is designed to dumb down the population, drill them into the State Cult, dispose of that Christian blather about “a power above the government”, and insure a compliant and obedient population.

While the Right Sort – who simply despise uppity Christians who challenge the Official Consensus – continues to the Right Schools, get the Right Jobs, and make the Right Connections.

Fortunately, the God-State draws steadily on to bankruptcy, while the Internet not only is an able assistant to homeschooling, but to the spread of unsanctioned and unfiltered viewpoints outside of the Consensus.

Which leads to the question: if we don’t want a population of impoverished, ignorant, dissolute drones under a tiny elite of laughing Masters – the obvious plan of our Betters – then what is the plan for the future Christian society?

Let’s start with the priesthood of the common believer, from I Peter 4:10:

To whom coming, as unto a living stone, disallowed indeed of men, but chosen of God, and precious,

Ye also, as lively stones, are built up a spiritual house, an holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices, acceptable to God by Jesus Christ.

Wherefore also it is contained in the scripture, Behold, I lay in Sion a chief corner stone, elect, precious: and he that believeth on him shall not be confounded.

Unto you therefore which believe he is precious: but unto them which be disobedient, the stone which the builders disallowed, the same is made the head of the corner,

And a stone of stumbling, and a rock of offence, even to them which stumble at the word, being disobedient: whereunto also they were appointed.

But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light;

Which in time past were not a people, but are now the people of God: which had not obtained mercy, but now have obtained mercy.

It is from this concept of all believers being members of the Priesthood of God that serious education began.

All Christians – not just the priests – are expected to read and write, to know God and observe His ways, and to teach their children to continue to exalt the word of God, and not the word of powerful men.

Christians should aim to increase the wisdom, intelligence, and integrity of the entire Church, the whole body of believers. It’s better for us to have the general population go up 5 IQ points, than for the entire Church to be lead by 50 highly educated men with an IQ of 200.

There are ways and means to get this done – the tools are there. What is needed is the will.

One way or another, by 2025 or 2050, slowly or quickly, the system is going down. The methodological destruction of the middle classes, the increased brutality and arbitrariness of the police and the courts, the rise of Bastard Nation, and the ever more brutal recessions and downturns will see to that.

When that time arrives, who will take responsibility – and, thus, leadership? Whose children will have the answers? In a coming time of crushing despair, who will bear the torch of hope, of a better tomorrow?

God expects it to be you, Christian.
